TRAINING PROGRAMS OFFERED BY EDWARDS INDUSTRIES, LLC
The most effective training
programs are those that integrate the best of theory with practical,
real world experiences.
Training
programs must integrate theory with real world experiences to be effective.
Training programs at Edwards Industries bring the theory and real world
experiences together to create comprehensive courses in project management
theory, principles, practices and toolsets. These courses, designed around
project management “best practices” and based on the Project
Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK®), are taught by project managers with experience and
insight into managing real world situations and projects.
We
teach a comprehensive series of courses in general project management
including project planning, project tracking, earned value management
systems (EVMS) and risk management. We also teach courses in Microsoft® Project
98, 2000, 2002, and 2003 (Standard, Professional and Enterprise) based
on project management principles using our trademark Desktop References.
Our Microsoft® Project training courses are designed around a project
management process that uses the tool to successfully manage your project
schedule. We do not teach point-and-click classes.
All of our courses are based on industry “best practices” and
sound project management principles from PMI®. Edwards Industries
is a Global Registered Education Provider (REP) with PMI®.
