This course is a comprehensive review of the principles found in the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Third Edition, 2005. The material is covered through a mixture of class lectures, class discussions, videos, and "hands-on" integrated exercises, which lead students through the project management processes. Students "learn by doing" through the class exercises while lecture points are reinforced with class discussions and videos. Upon completion of this course, students will have understanding of project management and will be able to effectively function as project team members and project managers.
