Open enrollment classes are scheduled throughout the year for our most popular classes to allow individuals and small groups to gain the benefits of our comprehensive, industry leading courses. OTHER INFORMATION

1. Course Hours: Courses begin promptly at 9:00am and end at 5:00 pm.
2. Course Attire: Casual business attire is appropriate.
3. Accreditation: Edwards Industries is a PMI® Registered Education Provider (REP) as well as an Approved Education Provider (AEP) with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE). All of our training courses have been approved by PMI® and AACE and are certified to meet the requirements for Professional Development Units (PDU) as well as the training requirements for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam.
4. Transfer, Substitution and Refund Policy: You may notify us of your intent to a) transfer to a future session, b) substitute a colleague, or c) request a refund without penalty at any time up to 10-business days prior to your seminar. If you provide Edwards Industries with less than 10-business days notice or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee: At Edwards Industries, we guarantee the quality of our courses. In fact, 98% of our participants say they would recommend our courses to their colleagues. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a course or seminar for which you have paid, Edwards Industries will give you credit toward another course or seminar of comparable price or will refund your fee. 6. Travel for On-Site Training: The prices for Dedicated Training Courses, when held at a customer facility, do not include travel costs. Travel expenses will be added to the total price when training is held at a client furnished training center. All travel costs are governed by the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
7. Customer Furnished Training Facilities: Pricing for on-site training assumes that the customer furnished training center will be fully equipped with computer workstations for each student, if required. The instructor will furnish a laptop computer to connect into client's projection system for course instruction, or if needed and notified in advance, Edwards Industries will also provide the projection equipment.
8. Open Enrollment Cancellation Policy: Open enrollment training classes are subject to cancellation by Edwards Industries. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled, all registered parties will be notified as soon as possible. Each registered party affected by the cancellation can either reschedule or receive a full refund of the course tuition. Edwards Industries assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets, lodging expenses, or other associated travel expenses.
9. Reservations: All reservations are considered preliminary until Edwards Industries receives a payment guarantee. This guarantee must be in the form of a check, money order, signed company purchase order or executed credit card agreement. Prior to the course date, all registered students will receive a confirmation letter with specific information concerning the registered course date, class hours, course location, local directions and area accommodations.
