Edwards Project Solutions Hires Vice President of Business Development

COLUMBIA, MD, March 20, 2006 - Edwards Project Solutions, a premier provider of project management services, training and advanced business solutions, announced today that the Company has hired Lynn Cumberpatch as the Vice President of Business Development, a newly created position. Ms. Cumberpatch brings more than 24 years of experience in leading and managing progressively larger and more complex software and IT services programs in support of Federal Government, Department of Defense, and international clients. Ms. Cumberpatch will spearhead the Company's expanding business base in the Federal Government and Department of Defense sectors with special emphasis in the national Intelligence Community (IC).

Prior to joining Edwards Project Solutions, Ms. Cumberpatch was Group Senior Vice President and Group Manager for Alion Science and Technology (formerly IITRI) of Annapolis, Maryland. She began her career at Alion in 1981 as a software-development engineer and quickly progressed from software-engineering manager to Senior Vice President with global operations responsibilities. She combined solid software-engineering skills with project management, client interface, business development, and financial management expertise to become a proven leader. Enabled by strong interpersonal and communication skills, she also was able to promote effective team building.

Ms. Cumberpatch has considerable knowledge in both rigorous software-development processes and disciplined project-management processes. She has consistently delivered software projects that met or exceeded customer requirements, both on time and within budget. She also has taken numerous software development teams to SEI CMM Level 3.
