Ms. Sandra H. Ingley - Chief Administrative Officer

Ms Ingley joined Edwards Industries in September 2002 as the Corporate Controller. Sandy is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, and she works closely with Mr. Edwards in both financial planning and the development of financial forecasts.

Sandy has over twenty years of experience in financial analysis and accounting, including corporate financial management and government contracting. Prior to joining Edwards Industries, Sandy spent four years as President of Ingley Financial Services, a financial consulting firm specializing in offering financial support to small businesses. Before starting her financial consulting business, Sandy was the Corporate Controller of RJO Enterprises, Inc., a $35M government contracting company in Lanham, Maryland.

Sandy has a MBA in Finance from Loyola College and a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University.

She lives in Crofton, Maryland with Bill, her husband of sixteen years, and their two children.
